Rear Wiper Arm Stuck

I noticed my rear wiper was not working correctly when it was rotating the wrong way. It looks like it was installed incorrectly from the shop months ago. So I tried removing it but I have been struggling to get it off. I have tried to put some wd40 on it and it still won't budge. Tugging it any harder I feel will break something. I also bought those wiper removal tools from Amazon and it just kept slipping. Total waste of money. Is there any other tools or recommendation before I surrender and send it to someone else to just cut the damn thing.

Keep soaking. The wiper motor stud is probably seized to the wiper arm. Be careful not to break the rear windshield. They can be pricey

Try giving the stud and the arm around the stud some light taps with a hammer to help break up the corrosion. Propane torch followed by rapid cooling, like inverted spray duster can or ice cold rag, applied right after heating can help break this bond too. GL
