Back from the Dead!

Hell all,

I'm an evoM OG(joined in 03). Thinking of getting back into and Evo after a long string of other cars. Looking at some JDM Evo 5s and 6s. I was wondering about parts compatibility with the USDM Evo 8. Just for replacement odds and ends bushings and such.

Thanks!,
JB

Sick! Thanks for the info, glad this forum is still kicking! 😂😂😂

For anyone that's wondering(even though youre not) amayama.com is the Japanese equivalent to rock auto in the states. I was able to cross reference part numbers and find replacement stuff on rock auto using the oe part numbers

cheers,
jb🫡

engine wise you'll be fine as the parts are the same across the board, but when it comes to the suspension stuff i think that will be more of an international thing. thankfully we have the internet and it's not hard to shop for stuff in other locations. be sure to check out some aussie companies, some sites like Golby's will probably have what you need or get you in the right direction
