New injectors scaling HELP
New injectors scaling HELP. "SOLVED"
Hello, i have big problems scaling new injectors for many reasons:
- I can't log fuel trims, none of the 4, everything remains at 0
- I tried to work on open and closed loops for fuel but my actual tables are all set to 0 ,im always in closed loop?
-all my xml definition files are completely different from the ones stated in the ECU flash guide
I really can't do anything at the moment, can please somebody guide me in the process
Thank you very much
Luca

Injectors are DW 800cc, i already have all the tables and everything, and are working "fine" but i can't log parameters for making the adjusments
for the logging in live tracer, you cannot have values set to Auto, you have to correctly define the values that match your tables from the dropdown menu, else you will get skewed data
but from my opinion you should only use LTFT to check the correction, and log AFR with a wideband and log the correction vs actual values to dial in scaling & overall base fuel calibration before moving to actual tuning

LTFT sometimes doesn't populate until you actually drive the car for a short time (30 seconds or so)

I have a Wideband connected, and now in idle Is 13.0, thats why i wanted to correct a little bit, overall Is "decent" but running pretty rich

13.0 (should be 14.5-14.7) would definitely overcorrect, are you getting o2 readings ? log your STFT and set your openloop throttle to 75, and load should not be % but load based that matches the load calc and set those to 120 ish (just at boost )
I have just the front O2 sensor, the second Is deleted, later i will change the open loop settings and try again, i will update when i have news, thanks
So, i made some work and searched around...since i don't have the rear O2, was disabled in the FEA Bits...i activated this and the O2 simulation in Tephra Tab...set up the open/closed loop in FAA bits...but still nothing LTFT don't show up, nether the STFT
No at the moment, i need to eventually buy one...front O2 readings are shown...but now i saw something regarding the MAF Hz and LT...my values are 85 for low, and 1500 for high...and i think this can be the issue...my low Hz reading in idle Is around 35
Those are the actual parameters that i think prevent me to log LTFT
