2002 OZ Edition - Value??

Good morning! I'm a Newbie here. I have the chance to bid on a Yellow 2002 Lance OZ Rally Edition with manual transmission (208,000 miles) at an auction and I am wondering what a good price would be? It is complete but won't start. It cranks and sounds like it has good compression and the timing belt is intact. I'm suspecting a bad fuel pump. It has some bumps and bruises, but nothing substantial. Any ideas? Also, what "generation" would this 2002 be?

The Lancer Evo wasn't introduced in the US until 2003, a 2002 Lancer is just a base Lancer. It's not an Evo.

The evo is a ct9a, the base lancer is a cs6a; in turn it would be a 7th generation

"A Mitsubishi Lancer with the chassis code CS6A is part of the seventh generation of the vehicle.
  • Production years: This chassis code was produced from 2000 to 2007 (and sometimes later in certain markets).
  • Engine: The CS6A model typically came with a 2.0-liter 4G94 engine. "
