I know that here in the US, the outlanders could be had with a 4gXX non-turbo variant for sure. There is a build thread somewhere of someone turboing and swapping the head on theirs for a 4g63 head.
As for transmissions and such, I would say maybe? Since we didn't get them in the US and this is mostly a US based forum, its going to be tough to get good knowledge here but hopefully someone can chime in that knows better than me.

I was hoping i will get some information, im from greece and evo prices haven't been great since 2020, i mean an evo cost over 40k 7-9 and most of them have been abused with over 100.000 km but outlander cost like 500-4k euros even the turbo version with awd , the only thing i know they are related but i dont know in which parts

Some quick googling seems to show that those were called the airtek turbo in other markets. These are a 4g63T based setup so that should be very similar to the evo 7-8 I think. As for transmission, it looks like they could be had with a manual and I doubt that its that different from the evo trans but I don't know for sure.

Try and look around at airtek stuff, I bet you'll find more complete and better answers.
