ABS light on and Ac controls stopped working

ABS light on and Ac controls stopped working
My battery was flat on my Evo 8 jumped started it not Abs light is on and Ac controls stopped working at the same time I’ve noticed a 7.5 amp fuse what’s blown so tried replacing keeps blowing every time.
