What kind of prices have u guys paid for labor on the Evo? I want to get cams put in and i just got quoted for $500 for labor. Seems kind of high, but i've done all my other work myself, so i don't know.

Any Feedback would be appreciated!

Avg. price for cams install on a 4G63 is $150. That is what we charge.

 

Darn, wish i was in SD, almost went to college there, everywhere around here wants $300

 

Holy crap, that's like 2 hours...can you do it that quick?

 

It's not to hard to get them swapped out. There are just a lot of tricks to getting it done right and quick.

 

Am looking for the same thing...was quoted $300! (cost of camgears alone) I can't do that..

How many hours of labor is it? Average shop rates are like $60-80/hr
