Shop Prices?

What kind of prices have u guys paid for labor on the Evo? I want to get cams put in and i just got quoted for $500 for labor. Seems kind of high, but i've done all my other work myself, so i don't know.

Any Feedback would be appreciated!

Mods<---- could you guys please post this in any places it would apply, i need some help!

Avg. price for cams install on a 4G63 is $150. That is what we charge.

I was quoted at $500 for labor alone on cams. It pretty much killed my thoughts of doing it. Any advise in the midwest area??

How many hours of labor is it? Average shop rates are like $60-80/hr
