The SuperEvo and Magnus car were dyno´d today ... (Results)

Hi ...

My car and Magnus car were dyno´d today ...

The dyno is very exact and measures static and not dynamic ... The company (Rototest) which does the dyno´s is used by Volvo, Saab, Racingteams, magazines and Swedish motor TV ...

My car (SuperEvo): 528,8bhp/570,1Nm at the wheels
Magnus car: 426,0bhp/523,8 at the wheels

The measuring is made every 500 rpm so maybe there is some more maximum bhp/Nm somewhere in between these jumps ...

What the power/torque is at the flywheel is up to you to speculate in ...

But we are very pleased with the results ...

Have a look at www.rototest.com if you doubt the measuring ...

do you have a list of mods and specs for your super evo?

BTW, I love the race videos, very cool!

Very nice clean EVo too!

Jeebus H. Cripes, JoCCe! You've created a monster!

And yes, it's heavily modded. It isn't called a super evo for nothing and Evos don't put out 500+ hp without extensive mods.

Great work! Now this begs the question, what is the fastest 4X4 in Sweden if you're #2?

Holy smoke, 528.8 bhp at thw wheels, that means based on a conservative 20% drivetrain loss, your EVO is producing over 650 bhp at the fly wheel

When you say "fastest" do you mean 0-60, 1/4mi, top speed, a combination or what, JoCCe?

And it´s far from done ... It has only been running for 4 months since it was built ... Takes time to sort everything out ... I´ve driven it for 8000km ... The engine has worked perfect but I´ve broken 3 driveshafts, 1 HKS Twin-palte clutch, 1 finalgear (rearaxle) and 1 reardiff. housing ... I belive that´s the price you have to pay for using LSD-diffs ... Now I´m using the standard reardiff. and it´s working much better ... this winter we will try to find another 100-150 bhp (NO NOS) ... Shouldn´t be to difficult and costly ... It´s just a question of comp., ignition, boost, camtiming, bigger valves and some other minor mods. ...

Do you think there's anything left for you to squeeze out of the engine without dumping a buttload more money into the car or are you pretty much done with it?

i wonder what it feels like to own a super car.... hmm... JoCCe, can you give any insight as to how this car has changed your life. do you drive with more confidence, do you have more friends, do you have more enemies, do you drive safer, do you worry about it getting stolen, etc...
