Mitsubishi WRC comcept car
It isnt from any video game that I know of! Its just a computer made design. Could be by anyone, could be by some mitsu designer... I like it! But they should keep the Lancer out there, its not that its a bad car, it could just do a lot better, I wasnt expecting too much, you know that this year they got a new driver. They could just put out one of these, and a Lancer ( notice how some companies put more then one car out in the WRC ), see how they do, and learn from their mistakes.
that car (cz3 tarmac) comes out in europe 2004.That car shown probably has the evo engine ,but the cz3 (the road version) has a slightly smaller engine still turbo with 4 doors on a hatch the back looks cool though.there is also the cz2 which has 2 doors(kinda replacing the cyborg)i think its non turbo and the engine is a little smaller than the cz3
.i wish the cz3 had more power.
but the new hatches these days are so fugly...if the new WRC car is gonna be the return of the colt, they should **** that egg shape design and go back to the 80s and do something more similar to the shape of a intergale(sp?) or something

mitsu have been successful with the evo since its 1-6 generation, beating the likes of integrale, focus and peugeot. this issue came up because of the loss of TM to subaru. even if they change the car, with crappy drivers, they will not be successful. jano paasonen in his first outing placed a high 4th in one of the stages with the current evo, in the hands of sainz, loeb, burns, gronholm and the brother of the current evo driver, the current iteration will likely be successful. nonetheless, mitsu makes timeless designs
Even if they change the WRC platform to the Colt (which I am in favor of since the Evo is doing so horrible), I am sure they will still sell Lancers/Evos. As long as they bring in the $$...
Ugh and as I write this I see Delecour finishing in 13th and Alister finishing in 18th at the end of Day 1 at Rally Sanremo...when Delecour was with Ford he was a lot better then that, so that shows its not just the drivers fault, the car has a lot to do with it :P
