I have always recorded 2-3 Mph less than stated on my odometer, on stock new tires etc... whenever I have passed speed and radar check points.. So i believe the Mag did real speed tests with their own equipment, which would make the numbers they wrote correct, except for 5th gear where i beleive they just didnt go any faster than 150.

 

One problem with actual measurement like this is EVOs don't seem to have the most accurate tach between cars, some even appearing to have a higher redline then others. 7000rpm -> 7400 rpm -> 7600 rpm..

Evo RS, what RPM did you test his to? fuel cut?
