do you have a better seat choice
looking for a seat with better support but still comfortable. for road race lapping and just driving. I am 5-8 150 lb. fixed racing bucket is good or reclining seat
anyone have a very good feeling about the aftermarket seat they have?

Everything that I have felt that is more supportive than the EVO stock is really uncomfortable after any distance. I have felt some of Bride's higher end seats and they would be brutal after 45 minutes.
I have used Corbeau in two cars I have owned and I honestly think the stock evo has a better more supportive feel.

i had recaro spg in my 350z and loved them!!!!!!!!!!
but buckets have no reclinability. i don't care though because i love performance more than comfort. the recaro spg didn't bother me at all and they were comfortable for my 2 hrs trips i had.
i will be going bride zeta III or recar spg soon.

another carbon fiber choice
anyone tried these out? I know, goofy looking deal, but they are real carbon fiber and come with mounts for the evo. I'd go for it if they are narrow enough for my skinny *ss.

I have a Sparco Pro2000. Haven't installed it yet, but I just sit in it in my room all the time. VERY supportive, and I don't even think it will be all that uncomfortable on long trips. Has these little removable lumbar support things which are cool also. Awesome seat.
5' 8" - 150 lbs..... ummm a BABY seat? LMAO JK!
It's hard to say each person finds different things appealing. I have sat in Bride, Sparco, Recaro, Corbeau and a few others. They all have differences that really only you can choose from. My suggestion is sit in as many different ones as you can and go from there.

those you showed on ebay look like nice seats. tom's is a good company and that carbon fiber looks sweet. Still, dont think those would be comfortable at all. Go with sparcos, any kind.

I did buy the ebay carbon fiber seats. they fit me pretty well. so if you are a big guy they are not for you. they don't feel bad, and are light so I am happy with them. got one left, as they are sold in pairs.
