Unhappy "e....e...." sound

My evo just past 10k miles. I noticed this about a couple thousand miles ago, whenever it goes slowly over a speed bump, up or down a ramp, over railroads, etc, i noticed that it is making this "e....e..." sound like an old car. It sounds like the structural frame is bending or getting loose/twisted. I am not sure how to exactly describe it. I wonder if you guys out there have the similar situation with your evo? It is quite frustrating. Please share your thoughts if you don't mind.

ha! i like your description of the sound, but yea i have the same sounds coming from my evo with 13,000mi. now that i think about it it started around 8k. my guess would be its just because of the tight suspension.

I don't think the sounds are from the suspension system, tho. It could be caused by the stiff suspension like you said, making the car frame twisting when it is on uneven surface. Is this normal???

i think it is pretty normal. there are alot of threads about squeaks and rattles coming from the evos. i doubt its anything to worry about, just more of an anoyance.

Its the price you pay for stiffness and ridgidity. Well worth it IMO

I have no squeeks, except for my breaks that needs to be replaced soon.

I had the same squeaks at 7k miles, it was coming from the dash. The screw on top of the speedometer was loose and that took care of it! Its probably some screw on your dash... fuhghetboutit!
