Hey Adam, Nice new toys you got there, that explains why I didn't see you out on Friday.. LOL

Do they have the software to tune the FCon? That was one of the reasons I didn't consider it (you have to be a hooked up HKS Trained tuner to get the s/w) Congrats.. I retune my car way too frequently to have to go back and have stuff tweaked.. LOL

Take it easy on the cards though, Its gonna take forever to pay that off.. I try to keep my spending sprees to about $2000 a hit.. LOL I did get my rims and will order the Tein EDFC's soon..

I'm still trying to decide who I will bring my car to get the bulk of my parts installed, I am working on getting a Evo VII or VIII core so I can have it sent out for head work.. The head and intake manifold are the last two components I'm working on.

Anyhow, I dynoed 340 to the wheels (uncorrected) with just an intake/exhaust/mbc. This was done on a dynojet with an AEM EMS. So I'm curious what you'll dyno at?
Hey metaphysical, did u do the installation at TurboTrix? damn... i see alot of impressive numbers just with the AEM EMS installed. how much u pay for the unit and to install it?

I had maxed out my cards on my Type-R, took me forever to pay off, and ended up filing bankruptcy. While I'm not telling you how to spend, you should be a little smarter with how you use your credit cards. Future welfare shouldn't be traded off for immediate gratification.

Nice mods, BTW.

Well, I guess it depends on how much his credit limit is on each card. A few grand isn't too bad, provided you make mad bank

I'm over a few hundred grand in the hole with the new mortgage and all. woohoo

I'm getting a second job at McDonald's

hey Jack
No I dont have the soft ware to tune the f-con but pruven does you need a special key (from what im told) to tune the f-con
I've been to pruven 3 times now there always helpful and give realistic prices for there work (quality too) I'd tell you to talk with Dan at pruven for your bulk installs they do everything including port/polish and matching and even tho I max out 4 cards its still under 7K of debt I'm only 23 with a new career with PLENTY of overtime I only take my car out once a week to play with it
thanks

IT wasn't that much compared to other stand alone units with all the other thing I needed (air intake temp, etc.) it is going to be about $1700 (no wideband O2 tho)
install /w tune will be around $500 so its not that bad for the quality that Im getting PLUS NOW there will be no MAS(mass airflow senser) which means new VTA cool **** right as for mymod being useless I dont think so I like autocrossing and looking good too so later after I get my debt back down I'll do the clutch then the whole valvetrain in one shot last will be the 3071R turbo for garette and thats all folk on to better and bigger things
thanks

Post pics of your installed catch can please; I'm still trying to figure out where/how to mount mine without switching to a smaller battery.

Yeah, I've heard tons of good stuff about them.. Its funny, the only reason I chose not to even consider the F-CON (And even Apexi's standalone) was the fact that I couldn't get the software to tune it myself.

I have some pretty specific needs so I'm still deciding on who will end up getting the head to do my head work.. But there's a few really great packages out there.

FWIW, I was still paying off debt from what I did when I was 23 up until recently.. And I was making really good money.. It just adds up.. Just my two cents.. But enjoy the mods.. sounds like fun stuff going on..
