Long Term Evo?

I was interested in purchasing either an sti (flame away), or an evo. I was wondering how the evo held up in the long run. Any info would be much appreciated

I don't know that anyone could answer your question seeing how the car has only been out 2 years. But if you can consider that long term, overall I would say most responses will be positive.

Don't know why anyone would flame you for considering a STI since the majority of the people here probably thought about it before they purchased the EVO. But unlike the majority of the people here, the STI was not out when I purchased my EVO so I didn't get that choice. But anyway, 17k in 110 degree temp and no issues yet. (knock on wood).
