Long block engine.

Does anybody knows where i can get a long block engine for sale? For a 2011 evo x GSR?

Your dealership can sell you a brand new longblock straight from Mitsubishi. We also have two EvoM sponsor dealerships which give nice discounts to members.

dang i wish i would of known this after i posted this threat. but i already bought it. brand new was going to cost me around 8k. i bought a used on with 30k miles in it for 3500 so thank you.

Remember all the stuff a brand new long block comes with though, you can make a lot of that back by parting out what you don't need (clutch, flywheel, manifolds, turbo, etc.).

true, but that takes time, which some people are too lazy to invest and some can't wait that long to make that money back.

Unless you are resourceful I wouldn't do the longblock from Mitsu, lots of extra money for many unneeded things.

basically short block equals block only with internals.

long block is a complete drop in.

I assume by "long rod" they are referring to a stroker engine.
