wats weird is lancershop only has ONE phone line for customers to call ... its strange.. but if its busy or no one picks up, try in 30 minutes etc

Lancershop has always been a amazing dealer for me. I order my parts and the next day I recieve them. I dont know why you havent been in contact with them. Maybe they dont check evom on a daily basis, Just try to keep calling

thats not the POINT!!!! im wondering why they arent answering the PMs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i called them and they refuse to work out a deal with me.... but i sent lancershop.com a PM before i called them... like a week ago... just wondering why no ones answered the PM not the phone

Well im in cleveland ohio, and theyre in southern mich. so I get the parts overnight on a normal shipping fee Thats why I do a lot of business with them.

As for them not answering your PMs, they either don't care becuase they dont want to "work out a deal" , or they don't check evom on a regular basis

I've bought a bunch of parts from them(usually deal with Drew) and have always gotten great service and same day shipping. At times you do have to hold for a few minutes, but I haven't had trouble getting through.

Something tells me they're answering the phones from the shop, and that they only have so many hands free. I'd rank PM's pretty low on the totem pole, and I'm sure they get quite a lot of them as well. I'd say it's akin to writing a letter to Santa. Don't expect a rapid response. I've heard nothing but good things about lancershop.com though I haven't had the opportunity to order from them yet. And I emphasize yet.

Please realize that the Vendors on this site get dozens and dozens of pm's a day. Most of them are just questions that could be answered with a good reread of a classified ad.

The pm system on this site is not an official means of communicating with the Vendor. Emailing them and calling them are.

So just be patient. And try calling again a bit later...or choose a Vendor who answers their phones.
