Record for the most horsepower and torque using the stock turbo
Its going to be the tuning that is going to actually max out the stock turbo. An Safc will not get you there. You will need a xede, utec, AEM.. etc. something else that has timing control.

as stated earlier, people that make big power on stock turbos aren't using safcs or flashes, they have true stand alones.

Well 500WHP I'm not sure about, but I believe 435WHP is the record as of now, but I hear there is another EVO making 469WHP, haven't seen a dyno slip on that one yet, so I'm not sure. But more and more stock Turbo EVOs are hitting near or more than 400WHP, especially with Alky kits.

I am going for round two on my stock turbo, I am interested on putting the Works 02housing and the DC sports header plus I want to re dyno my car in a Dynojet.
I was able to get 364 tq on a Dyno Mustang I think I should get at least 380-390 on a Dyno jet with the mods mentioned above with my stock turbo.
