150+ no problems ...when compared to other cars, very stable, but not stable enough yet IMHO. That's why a rear undertray is going onto the ride. Now if I can hit 170, I'll be happy - make that 180 and I'll be dancin' a jig, hehe

Hell he has a video of going over 200mph on his site I think. Look in the Option Rev catalog or whatever for our car and you will see numerous 4.111 final drives for our cars. Haven't heard of anyone changing it on this site yet, but I bet some of the UK Evo's have done it.

You can absolutely do it with stock gearing, so long as your engine won't come apart at 8,974 rpm under whatever ungodly amount of boost you are running to punch a hole through the air at that speed in your rolling barn.

I'd be scared to death to do 200 in my evo. I'd feel much more comfortable in a ferarri or somthing along those lines. Mmmm porsche

I think the fastest I ever went in an Evo was 115... I sorta like my license. And just because it feels stable going straight at 130 doesn't change that you've got no downforce on the back tires, meaning any significant steering change is going to possibly result in a spin - which at that speed is going to turn into a roll/flip. Those of you who've run 150 or 180, cool... more power to you.

I guess that spoiler is good for nothing.

The rear spoiler works just fine, but it is offset by the fact that at high speeds the rear bumper starts to act like a parachute ... that is where the rear undertray comes into play. Depending on how much downforce you want, you'll want to add more aero parts to your Evo, but if you just want straight-line top-speed then the undertray by itself should be enough. If you generate too much downforce, you'll actually bring your top-speed down.... there's always a compromise somewhere.

You need a turbo the size of your head x 2 with a big stroker kit and some exotic internal parts. + gearing ratios gotta be changed.

You could hit 200 with evo, it's just not that gonna be fast, compared to some big boy v8, v12's.

over and out.

An undertray to smooth airflow under the body, combined with a good front lip and a diffuser in the rear bumper to reduce the vacuum generated by breaking that much air would be a good combo. The diffuser should keep the rear end planted well enough.
