Any "Street Trim" Evos hit 200mph yet?....

I for one would not be doing any high speed runs w/o any type of rear spoiler. I don't care if you have the diffuser and what not on the rear with the MR vortex generator, the spoiler serves a vital function to keep your *** on the ground and planted at high speeds. If it cuts into a few mph for the added saftey and overall stability of the car so be it. Just my

i dont know what your driving, but this car is anything but unstable at speeds over 130. it is one of the most confidence inspiring vehicles i have driven in nearly my 20 years of driving.

In reference to this whole "unstable over 130 mph" business, there's one thing to keep in mind. Most of us have gotten Evos that were horribly out of alignment from the factory.
Maybe the original poster had one with toe-out in the rear. I dialed in some rear toe out while experimenting with the track and it makes the rear very, very unstable (especially under hard braking). And most of us have some toe-out up front. Toe-out in all four corners will make the car very nervous on badly-maintained roads.
And another thing, many guys have gone striaght out and slapped on cheap-*** lowering springs from Tein or whatever the day they got their cars. This can throw toe and camber way off spec.

To Pipe in,
Had her @ 142 Mph on the track. No wobble, walking, lifting, stuttering. Just tire hum and happiness!
Felt tons better than my A4 2.8 Quattro at 120 Mph and the A6 Quattro at 140 Mph on the Autobahn. And was a whole different world than my Saturn SC2 LoL at 124Mph Ecu limited. Hell it felt better than the BMW 325i at 125mph on the Autobahn too. This car is damn solid boys! Unless something is out of whack.

Hate to say it but there is a huge difference between Evo and Ralliart. But i would think you shouldn't feel shutter or lifting at 80 mph in a Ralliart. Alignment would help. Might want to make sure wheels are balanced also.
