apexi e.l.2 system and gauges (need info)

i am looking into get the apexi E.L.2 system along with a boost gauge. the gauges come in there own little pod stands, so they can be set up anywhere. with the ability to remove the gauges from their pods and mount them an A-pillar or whatever else u want.

just wanted to find out from u guys if u know if these are good reliable guages. you know that read accurately and dont break/fail easily. by the way, what other 2 guages should i get along with the boost gauge. im still all stock. also they are electronic gauges that mount it a control unit that can supports 6 guages. very similiar to the Defi system. is electronic reliable or is mechanical better?

yes i know i should do a thread search (which i did), but it is a pain in the best to find the info i'm looking for. i just need a couple of $.2 info from some members.

he so pimp~~~>

Great gauges go for it . They also have a matching Tach that can display temp or press readings.

i have the electronic boost control and the control unit. they work well. the orange/red lights on the control unit matches perfectly with stock. but the guage don't match at all.

i doubt it. not to mention i wouldnt risk changing the lighting of a gauge, u could possibly mess up the mechanics of it. remember they are made with precision. if u can get in contact with apexi directly maybe they'll make u a custom gauge

i would say www.gruppe-s.com has the best prices. i've check every vendor and sponsor site that is shown on EvoM. and gruppe-s has the best prices for the apexi e.l. 2 system. trust me when i say "I CHECK EVERY SITE." cause i spent 5 hrs looking for the best prices on this gauges system, bov, intake, boost controller, and turbo timer that i just bought.

<~~~says i spent to much time doing this and i need to get a life.
