In the US, the law states that a car must be 25 years or older. If you want to bring that car in to CA, the car has to be over 30 years old.

You can bring almost any car into the US under the 'race only' category. And like Canadialand, it is highly illegal to use a race only car on the open roads in the US.

FYI, these prices were taken from Autotrend, a dealer of Evos here

2004 Evo 8 MR (Euro spec)- Php3.3m
2004 Evo 8 RS2 (Japan spec)- Php2.5m

I remember someone here in the states selling a Rally Red Evo 6 TME but the problem was, legalizing it. From that thread I read numerous replies saying that it is near impossible to legalize it or else there would already be plenty of Evo6's on the streets.

But if otherwise, please do let me know, I'd trade in my 8 for a 6 any day =D
