**Video** 3rd gear pull with Hallman MBC and boost gauge

I was messing around and decided to record a 3rd gear pull with my Hallman boost gauge...as well as the mods listed below....with stock BOV

The pull started at 2000RPMS.

Am I holding boost long enough? Too much tapering? Any comments would be greaty appreciated

are you sure that autometer is 100% accurate? Last time I had an autometer hooked up it read vacume when the car was off! But don't worry you will never have Rock solid Boost... just becasue its against turbo's properties... theres too many factors that can affect it. What you have there is fine, onyl thing u want to watch are spikes which are greater then 1 psi... If you had the stock boost solinoid hooked up I'm sure you'd see alot more "taper" then what you have there...

Mine is fine...maybe you tapped the wrong line or had a defective one.

**its going to read vacuum when the car is on and not on boost.

How did you mount your camera there? I've got a great acceleration video from my car of a 4 sec 0-60 run I did, but it was with a webcam, so it only fit the speedo in the view. I really want to get one with the boost/speedo/tach so I can see better where I'm shifting. Incidentally, I played around with tons of different ways to get my video camera to mount and none of them really worked. Also, my boost does essentially the exact same thing, so I think it's just right!

Why is you vacuum reading at 25 mmHg. Shouldn’t it be higher?

I get rock solid boost with the AEM and GM boost solenoid controlling the 35/40R. Sorry didnt mean to get off topic
