put them in the over on cookie paper for about 15-20 minutes with 220 degrees..im pretty sure thats how you do it..it will come right apart

same thing.. just use taillight instead of headlight

I found that using 2 people (one to pull the housing apart, the other to cut through the glue) to be the easiest way.

the headlights i did and they were super easy, but it seems that the tail lights are melted together by this plastic

I've tried heating them for 30 min at 200 degrees in my oven but they still dont budge at all

Have you tried cutting the adhesive that holds it?
