What heat guns are you guys using and what heat range settings are we talking about?

Are you passing over each area and slowly workign your way around or heating all of the way around before pulling apart?

Bake in oven first...would use a hairdryer on top level...now i use a simple homedepot heatgun on the lower level...high will melt the housing if not careful...which u don't want ...u can't un-fry an egg right .

Do you really need to remove the bumper to take the headlights off? Or can you get to the 4 bolts without taking the bumper off?

...don't have to completely remove the bumper, but it's alot easier to work with it removed.

i recommend removing the hid leveling motor
i read a post that someone baked it and then it didnt work right after
plus
you can easily remove the hid motor as it just a ball and joint snap. disconnect the motor and with one hand holding from the inside , pull up/off hard. it will come off with a snap and putting it back in is much easier

negative. You don't bake your tail lights..you gotta use a heat gun and a exacto knife...tails are a PITA!!!!!
