Problems with new injen intake
I just installed an intake system in my car, at first i had problems with the service light fixed that. So i took it for a test drive and i was going about 3500 rpm and released the throttle and i heard a loud pop. After the car would accelerate, im trying to tighten the clamps. Any Suggestions???

or if the car is still running correctly, the loud pop is normal... its your bov recirc'ing air back into the intake. is it happening if you rev hi then just let off ?

here's the short and sweet:
remove head from butthole.
remove aftermarket intake from car and reinstall factory box.
you apparently didn't research the modification before you did it.
I'd guess you're running too rich off-throttle to cause that pop, but intakes typically cause you to run too lean. Intakes are KNOWN for facking with your MAF sensor readings, which can cause all kinds of problems. If you really really want to keep it, get it tuned by a professional. And next time do lots of research before you go bolting parts onto your engine!
I doubt it's a hose popping off because just the intake won't increase boost pressure.

in that case you blew an IC hose off....
to help with the smart ****...
adding an intake is fine if you reset the ecu, yes you still need a tune to reap the benefits but it doesnt hurt. also, it does not increase boost pressure but does cause the turbo to spool quicker, which doesnt matter because you can blow an IC hose off without any mods. unlikely but possible.

the nut or the bolt ? if its just the nut... should be easy, go to an auto parts store like napa, and find one that fits, take the bolt all the way out and match the threads... if its the bolt... can you get it out ? is it stuck in or broke and wont go in ? if its broke, will have to call greddy and see if they can send you a new one or take a few shots in the dark and try a few places that may carry such things... not the easiest of tasks....
