Looking for time estimates here. Anyone else want to chime in? The only estimate I've seen is 4hrs.
I've read it's a PITA install...

its not too bad. if you can turn a wrench and have the right tools, its about 2, 2.5 hours. one of the biggest time consumers is getting the plastic underbelly tray off, i think there are 1,000,000 clips and screws in there. That and the lower heat sheild is a bit annoying. once you get passed that though, its pretty smooth. I could see where it can take 4 hours though. good luck with it. shoot a pm if you have any questions

my 02 sensor was stuck so it took around 3 hours or so. Not counted when a bolt going into the hotside snapped and I had to spend many hours getting it out.

My stock undertray is long gone. Aftermarket intercooler won that battle and I just left it off.

I'm not looking forward to this attempt. Maybe because the weather dumped into the 20's...

I did the O2 housing and manifold today. I didn't have any issues with seized bolts or O2 sensor, mainly because I drenched everything in PB Blaster the night before.

once i get them tight with the rachet wrench i just use a regular wrench to get a little more torque on it, slowly but surely and they tighten down.

I have a question, Why do you have to remove the DP to install a manifold? or O2 housing?

hmmm alright, ITs jsut that I'll be installing a whole bunch of stuff in a week (uipc, intake, EBC, shifter bushings, manifold , o2 housing and gauges) so I'm pretty much clearing out the engine bay and I was hoping to do it all without jacking up the car.

no dude., you definately need to jack the car up. there are bolts under the 02 housing that can only be reached from under the car.
