How To: Fog Lights ANYTIME

There is another thread somewhere where someone is trying to drum up interest to have many more made. I'm just too busy right now. I am swamped at work and in the middle of selling one house and buying another.
I sent a PM to BoostEEd and have yet to recieve a reply so i'm gona try and post here in case anyone can help.
I drive a 2007 Eclipse GT and our cars are done the same way the evo's are so i'm trying to build one and see if it works out. I just wanted to check on some things before I make my own.
1.) First off you mention that theres anouther thread on out sourceing of the module... i did a search and i can't seem to find it. Could you send me the link?
2.) Is the "HOW TO" on the first post still correct and updated? I read you made some changes and such and was wandering if you updated the 1st post or not. If not could you give me a hand in lettin me know what you changed.
3.) Does the "R1 1M" & the "R4 330K" resistors NEED to be 2% resistance? It didn't say so on the list but it shows otherwise in the picture and i didn't notice it till after I bought the 5% ones and was wandering if i can use them or not. If not i'm gona have to find somewhere to buy them becouse no one stocks them localy.
4.) As for the C1 and C2 Ceramic Disk Capacitors go... I can't find the ones you have pictured at all. I found some 221nF and 103nF brown circle ones but thats it. I'm gona check online and see if i can just have them shiped to me. Do you have any specific specs on them. I would assume there 12v right?

I ended up shorting the fog lights to the parking lights. Then rewired the fog light switch to a typical on/off switch that prevents voltage going to the fogs.
Basically now I can run my fogs with parking lights or switch them off if I dont want to using the fog switch.
