Its grounded through the bolt. It may not be good enough for a high powered device but its good enough for that and a couple other things I have there

It works!! i can't feel my fingers cause its cold and rainy out, but i just installed it. BoosteEd you're great! I wired it to a non-ignition power line so i could turn them on/off as i please though. Thank you so much and your project box looks amazing too, and you also provided more than plenty the amount of wire needed. Thanks again! I'll spread word to the RA guys that you have a solution.

ok, so it may seem as I still got the problem... now its wired throught the radio ignition light.. I will check the grounding point. It last longer than 10 minutes, then it just shuts off.

BTW... is there a certain hole in the firewall i can use to put the wire through??

I ran it through the grommet that the wires go through to get to the door panel, just cut a slit in the bottom and slid the wire through it. I don't know of any other grommets other than the one on the passenger side. There's one behind the fender but i can't figure out how I would retrieve it after putting it through. Also a note not to ground the wire to the same point that your mitsubishi alarm/keyless entry system is mounted to... I found out that when i did this the fogs would go on/off with the alarm.. kinda amusing for a bit but it'll kill your battery in the end since it stays on.

Its lasting longer this time than before or the same? maybe you have a problem with yours. List out the connection points for each of the 5 wires for me as they are now. And if it sounds well i will send you another one to try.

Too many problems for something I am doing out of my basement and my lack of time is really catching up to me in an inability to enjoy the time I do have. I have one that is working fine and I know a few others do to. I am having too many failures to keep up with to make any more. I'll freely anwer questions about them and provide any help I can.

If you have one and are having issues (there are a couple I see here in the long list of ones I have sold) I will work with you to get you a working replacement. If you are one of the couple that paid and haven't gotten one yet let me know if you want to try it or you want your funds back. I'll pm everyone I have on my list too. I'll stand behind the ones out there and replace the bad ones or work something out but I am not going to make any more, at least not right now. I'll burn some chips and make my schematic and PCB layout freely availible but I don't have the time for assembly or the responsibility.

ok, ill have to go look. But this is the way it is now, from my memory

Red wire, I added it to the ignition wire from the radio.
White wire grounded to one of the panels, Im pretty sure its good ground, its next to the radio.

Yellow wire is going to the 12v source for the fog lamp on the switch side and the green to the other side thats leading back to the ecm. The lon green wire is on the relay lower right corner if your facing the relay from the drivers side.
