A- Duty Cycle 64
B- Duty Cycle 62 (cold weather)
Spring crack pressure - 11psi
Alarm - 25psi

THANKS, OK WERE I PUT THE 64 ? I KNOW THE SCP AND THE ALARM

Set SCR (spring crack pressure to about 11 or 12) and yes you set the 64 under boost setting A (also known as wastegate duty cycle). As said before, different boost settings for different cars. My car hits 23lbs at about 58 instead of 64. I would recommend setting it to the low 50s to begin with and slowly go up from there until you hit target boost.

Not to be a dick, but if you can't understand the directions, this might not be something you want to do yourself as you can easily destroy your engine.

its really a test and check system... adjust your settings one at a time slowly and do an few pulls to see where you hit... i had to do this 10000000x, then i just got rid of the headache

I'm setting up my Tru Boost and have a couple questions and verifications so I can feel a little more confident about the install. On the directions from AEM, it says to route the scramble boost (orange) wire through a switch then to ground. Why would I want it switched? Shouldn't I just keep it constant?

The grey wire says to go through a warning light to 12V. Do I need a light or is there an indicator alarm in the controller already?

Where's the best place to tap into the vaccum hoses routing back to the gauge?

I didn't mess with hooking up the grey or orange wire those are both optional. I didn't touch my scramble boost wire just on the gauge settings. I also t'd into the fuel pressure regulater for vacuum pressure.

I would raise your spring pressure (spr) to at least 11-12, the highest I would set it at it 14 since the stock WG is really set to open at 14 anyway. For about 21.5 psi you're just going to have to play with it a little bit. I think you should set it to about 55% duty cycle. I was around 63% and I was hitting 23 psi no i'm at 71-72% hitting 25 psi.

The scramble boost is "useless" for most of us. It just temporarily raises the boost a set amount for a set period of time. Don't use it.

As said above, you'll have to play with it. Different cars/mods will probably end up with different settings. I hit about 23lbs with 55% dutycycle. I would start in the low to mid 40s, to be safe, and work up from there.

some pics until it gets warm enough to do a proper How-to

Aem Tru Boost Installation
link for the manual as posted before
http://tunertools.com/prodimages/AEM...st_30-4350.pdf

Heres a pic of how the solenoid is wired. mine is temp tied to a bar off of my battery.

Vacuum hoses
#2 on the left goes to the waste gate
#3 goes to the turbo. #1 is capped
Brown wires from the solenoid run through the firewall.

Pressure Sensor Hose. T-d as shown above. ZIP TIE CONNECTIONS
Clear hose runs down the back through the firewall along with the wires.

Wires running through firewall. hole is on the passenger side. Red wire is for the stereo so ignore.

Installed

Clear tube goes to the back of the gauge.
Wiring is pretty straight forward but i'll add pics of that too later.
lemme know if this helps ya
