I agree with people saying this thing would destroy your bumper if you actually needed it. Another good point was the fact that there are many "race" core intercoolers that require the removal of crash beams on install. That being said the car that is built to be a race car will likely have the crash beams removed.

I would think a set of metal tow hooks grade 8 bolted to the front crash beam through those intake holes and a hook sticking out from the rear tow hook should be good to go.

Not to mention the strap is going to spread once it's being pulled and that will make the slot cut into the bumper MUCH larger.
If the hole in the bumper was cut to be much larger (which will look bad in MHO), taking into account that it will spread when pulled, and there was a way to keep it stationary, this would be a good piece.
