Pls. QUICK HELP to install my Vortex Generator

I just got home from work excited to install my VG from Rexpeed (thanks Derek). Anyways, I found this with the package and I have no idea where it goes. I checked lancershop for the installation tip but it does not show this part.

What the heck is this for??? Please help.

Im sorry for the bad quality of the picture(cellphone).

Thanks guys!

Antenna Hole. The one inside the hole points to the front of the car and then bends back to the rear and sticks on to the VG. The other one Stick to the Front of the VG. Sticks Inside (Hidden).
