Question Removing ABS sensors????

Anyone know how to remove the abs sensors, located on wheel hub area, without damaging them? An installer somehow messed up something on my ABS system, during a clutch install, so I now have an abs light on the dash. I wanted to see if any of the front sensors were damage.

I took off the bolt that holds it place, but that ****** is stuck on there like it was glued.

the sensor i'm talking about is listed as #1 on the image below.

any help would be great. It's pissing me off cause it was something cause I want my car 100% functional, especially my brake system.

thanks....

Wiggle, twist a little and pull straight out.

Will try again... I did all that but wouldn't budge.

is the sensor sturdy at all? I was ready to use a hammer on it.
