Idler Pulley/Accessory

I tried to remove my Idler pulley, this is the accessory one that is just the pulley and a bolt. The problem is the bolt is long and runs in to the frame before it comes out of the block. Is there a trick to removing this, do I need to remove the front and side engine mount to drop it enough, to slide the bolt out?
Any help would be appreciated.

There is no quick way about it, you have to remove the passenger side engine mount and the front engine mount with the engine on a jack (use a piece of 2x4 under pan to displace load). Lower it slightly to access the hardware to the pulley.
