These are my questions for you guys:
1.) My evo 9 has ABS how do we deal with this
2.) When we put in all new brake fluid what will this do with the clutch (do we need to bleed it as well) and does any body know how to do this.
3.) Any other tips or details that you guys feel i need to know.
I plan on doing a full write up and how to for you guys to see in the how to section.
Thanks for the help.
Morning bump. Come on some one has to have some experiance in this area. Im starting this project a 2:00 pm when i get out of work.

Good luck on the upgrade, I too am curious about that question. You may want to try to find some how to threads about putting in a stainless steel cltuch line to see if they have to bleed their brake lines. Kind of the opposite situation but I think it would give you an idea if what would happen in the reverse of the siutation.
i am doing the brake swap as i type in my driveway. I am bleeding the brakes and leaving the clutch alone with out bleeding it.
so i guess no one knows if you need to bleed the clutch or not. thanks for the help guys
Just finished everything up and i was very carefull to make sure i wouldnt run out of brake fluid and i didnt need to bleed the clutch at all.

The bleed sequence is right. However, the best way to replace, and blled your brackes is as follows. 1) remove 90-95% of the old fluid from the master cyl (I use something like a turkey baster. 2) fill master with new fluid. 3) open all four bleeder nipples (just slightly till fluid drips. 4) When the old dirty fluid stops dripping out of all four nipples (and you see clean new fluid come out), close them all. 5) then bleed the calipers in the same sequence as in that instruction link. FYI the two man bleed is easiest.. As for your ABS, it going to trap some old fluid...nothing you can do about that... you can try to bleed the ABS modulator, but I would recommend against it. It can cause more air to enter) into the modulator) than it's worth. I hope this helps.... hit me with a PM if you have any questions...
