Request: Door Skin Replacement

I have a couple threads rattling around about some rear door damage to my Evo8.

Does anyone have any tips, tricks, or a full howto of replacing the door skin?

As of now I know the following steps:

Empty door of everything.
Remove door from car.
Grind off crimped edge (barely)
Drill around spot welds
Remove old skin

Place new skin and test fit
Grind down high spots, old welds, scrape adhesive, etc.
Apply adhesive, let dry.

Crimp edge around door frame. Reinstall.

Enjoy beer. Sober up. Take to paint place to have them color match it.

That much I found online. What I want more help with is pitfalls on removal and crimping the new edge. Anyone here done this?

Thanks.

ps. If I do go this route, I will definitely post a ton of pics and a HOWTO.

Right rear is what I need, thanks.

I checked the parts finding service and I could only find one damaged yellow door. Everything else would have to be painted and then the cost savings evaporates quickly.

I'm pretty handy with power tools, I've just never done this particular job before, so it's nice to get some expert advice first.

Thanks for the offer, though.
