Anyone have a how-to on this? I was trying to figure out the quickest way to tackle this..
Pulling the fans and radiator seems more steps, but less time in the end.

when i did my evogreen install i drained the radiator/oil, and took the radiator/fan out as one piece. this made much less of a mess and made it super easy to take my stock turbo out w/o removing the manifold. make sure you have a drain pan under the turbo for the coolant/oil that will drain out of the feed/return lines. if you have any q's during the process feel free to pm me and i will help you in anyway that i can.
also make sure you have new copper washers for the oil feed @ the head and the oil return gasket at the oil pan.

Ok cool, I'll do that then..
Does ya'll have a parts list of gaskets and washers that I will need?
I'll have to order this stuff ASAP, because the turbo is going on next weekend.
I assume, there is 2 copper crush washers per hose, i.e. coolant and oil..
then I'll need a new gasket for the oil return, if it is like my talon.
I'm doing a MR o2 housing also during this time.
I also will pick up another donut gasket since i've taken my downpipe off a few times already.

2 x 14mm for oil feed on turbo

I would always replace the head -> exhaust manifold gasket. While I would normally recommend replacing ALL gaskets the OEM gaskets are the most diesel gaskets i have ever seen. They feel like solid lead.
You most likely can reuse them but I got the header, turbo to header, o2 housing and donut gaskets for like $40 at a local dealer with EVOm discounts. it is nice insurance just doing them all once and not having to worry about them. But i have heard the o2 housing, donut and exhaust mani to turbo gaskets can be reused.

got all my gaskets and everything. the only thing I didn't purchase was the o2 housing bolts. Someone said I would need them
I am going to begin the install today and hopefully everything will go well.
Anything I should know, maybe make things easier?

If you doing this swap on a car with factory o2 housing. I would suggest taking the o2 housing somewhere to get the o2 sensor out.. I finally got mine out, but it was a PITA.
My initial impression was it seems to take longer to spool, but then again I haven't really went full throttle.
