Replacing Fog Light Bulbs

Is it possible to replace the bulbs without removing the bumper? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Carl

just done this 2 days ago. you do not need to remove the bumper or anything (other than the bulb of course) if you got skinny hands. i found it easiest to take the wire harness off (by squeezing and popping it off) then twist the bulb out of place. then twist new bulb in then connect the harness. 3 mins job, no tools needed.

Wow, I feel stupid! I read somewhere the bumper needed to come off. I already installed them, your right 3 minutes flat.
