Will Evo 8 intake fit Evo 9?

Hi Guys,
I want to get the K&N Typhoon Intake System, but its only available for Evo 8. Will this system bolt on to Evo 9 or will I have clearance issues? Please advise and thanks in advance.

Thanks for your input guys. What do you suggest for my IX MR? I like cone type filters, not foam, so I guess either Apexi or AEM? Any places you may suggest to purchase from? Cheers.

I got the AMS cone filter...easy install and i love it. Just when you take the air box out make sure you take the bottom bracket off the frame or whatever so it doesnt rub a hole in the filter (seen it happen to a friends evo)

here's a link to the ams cone filter... http://www.amsperformance.com/store/...roducts_id=170

good luck with your decision
