How to change gauge color from red to blue???

Now if only we could see a pic of your gauges. If you lived near me, I'd drive over just to see them and take pics. Hopefully you could run into a friend with a digi camera.
Was it hard taking apart the gauges? Any pointers or tips when disassembling/reassembling? I have the service manual, but it doesn't go in depth on taking apart the guage itself (well I couldn't find it).
