installation rexpeed type 1
whats up question for those who have installed rexpeed type 1, or any small lip spoiler for that matter. fitment looks dead on (thanks rexpeed) and it came with the 3m type adhesive tape. im wondering how people have had success making this stick. im thinking maybe one strip across the back edge of the trunk, and one strip on the back of the trunk on the top edge, then placing the spoiler on the edge. wondering if that makes more sense than applying the tape to the spoiler itself, then lining it up and sticking it on. let me know i dont want this thing flying off when im getting a carwash or driving on the highway.
i just use the double sided tape on the back side of the trunk, cause if i put it on the top side of the trunk u can see a little space between between the trunk and the spoiler. i have mine on for a few months already and it still holding strong.

yeah thats what i was worried about a space between spoiler and trunk. maybe ill try the back of the trunk idea and then just hold onto the tape in case it comes loose i can really tape it on there, space or not.
Hey Jeff, thanks for the help on that HID kit. Turns out the supplier sent an AWESOME kit that Dan decided to also buy :P, just that the alligator clips that go into the harness were accidentally on the wrong way from the vendor. All figured out now
