Is there pics for the Differential part of this 'walk through'. Also, what size hose did you buy (diameter and length).

Karash: I'd suggest trying to find a fluid pump rather than snaking hose everywhere. I bought a cheap little pump designed for pumping lubricants at my local Harbor Freight. The hose fits perfectly into the fill holes and the pump actually screws directly onto Amsoil bottles too (bonus).

It's especially useful on the rear diff where you can't really snake hose into as easily. I can change my rear diff fluid in about 10 minutes with the fluid pump. Don't even need to jack up the car.

Sounds like what I need. I am wanting to change all three like discussed here, but was unsure about the hoses. Could you post a product link to the pump you bought or something similar? I will be using Redline instead of Amsoil...although Amsoil is awesome stuff

Karash: I couldn't find a link on Harbor Freight's website. It was just a cheap little thing in a plastic bag labeled "gear oil pump." I'm guessing it was between $5 and $10.

I'd imagine you could find something like it at a local tool store or maybe a auto parts store or something. I kind of lucked into finding mine. The fit on the Amsoil bottle was just a coincidence too, not that I'm complaining.

And I used it to change the fluid in the tranny and rear diff. I has already done the transfer using tubing, and it was an annoying sloppy mess. I guess others have been having better luck.

Just bought 2 quarts of 75w90 redline gear oil and 3 quarts of redline mt90. Gonna have my dealer or mechanic do it when my clutch gets installed

i changed my oils yest and it was kind of a biatch. tried to drive it on a metal archaic ramp, but it took a chunk out my paint then just jacked up the car and used four jack stands. filling the oils was a ***** using the pump because it made a mad mess. but oh well didn't feel a diff in the notchiness, but there were mad mad shaving only after 2,100 miles of driving. definately change it whenever u have a chance.

I am assuming the manual transaxle requires the MT90 and the rear diff and transfer case require the redline 75w90? .. Also where can I get details on the exact measurements of oil that is required for these parts?
