I had another question about the parking lights. You listed the (L) and (R) parking light wires. How did you hook these up? I just ordered a Python 660XP. The instructions list only one wire output for the parking lights.
Here's the link to the instructions:

In my scheme there is only one wire for the parking lights and without question they flash for arm, disarm, and during an alarm condition.
I guess I could find my connection list and post it up here.

the way you test your parking lights is like this. multimeter should be on voltage. the plug that you unplug when you dropped that dash, the dimmer switch. it should have a green yellow wire. strip the wire. put the positive probe on the wire and ground the other probe. turn the light switch on and if it reads 12volts then that's your parking lights. you don't need to get both left and right parking light wire. but that should work

use the power lock and power unlock. to test if those wires are your doorlocks, get a inline fuse holder. strip the wires on the inline fuse holder. use something small like a 5amp fuse. now one end should go on the wire that you're testing and the other side of the inline fuse holder should go to ground. when that happens the doorlock should either lock or unlock depending the wire that you're testing. basically when the wire sees ground, since it's a negative doorlock it will lock or unlock.

Do you have the parking lights connected to the alarm? I have an Audiovox, but did not connect the parking lights due to the them already being connected to the factory (un)lock feature.
