I'm gunna take a look at mine when I pull it off. I know a guy locally that will coat it.

that really looks nice!! yea never thought about gasket matching it!!

 

just get a drill with a dremmel bit and do it your self

 

I didnt just gasket match it. I measured the ports on the head and transferred that to the manifold using a template I made. Then the ports where opened up slightly larger than the ports on the head.

On the manifold flange to the turbo it is about 1mm smaller than the gasket all the way around.

The turbo is gasket matched and the porting is very deep to remove the casting bumps inside.
