Question problem after mbc install

so i just did the full 3" turbo back. no problems there. then a few days ago, i did a turbo xs mbc. i've got it set to 20-22 pounds of boost. it runs smooth until 19 pounds then it bucks one time, and keeps building boost until it spikes then tapers off to 16-18 pounds. im not concerned with the tappering off of the boost. what could be causing that bucking? any comments would be great. thanks.

^The post above me, read that modding for dummies. No offense. But you should not install an MBC without a tune. If it is bucking around 5500-6000? If so are you still using your stock plugs?
