Did this to mine and love it. I recommend it to anyone interested. Haven't had any problems. Just take your time and do it rite the first time.

FYI when i did mine, it didnt bind but i definetly felt the pedals werent as smooth as before... probably caused by the tighter turns the cable has to go to be tucked in

I'm not sure if anybody has mentioned it since the last time I wandered through here, but I routed mine around the UICP, definitely made that turn out of the firewall less tight.

There are pics in post #4...I know its hard to see but if you look close enough you can see how the cable it routed...

This is a picture from my engine bay last year, not the greatest but you get the idea. As the throttle cable comes out of the firewall I have it routed under my UICP/TB then it runs behind the big vacuum line for the brake booster & behind the brake lines going into the ABS unit. From there it goes back to my IM/TB. Do not kink the cable!!!
