Problem after batt. relocation
Problem after batt. relocation
I relocated my battery. First day it worked fine. Now the power is low and it idles at 1900 and wont go down? Why is that? What do I have to reset to make the idle go down to normal.
Also blew a fuse because the clock wont work. Tried to find the fise, but nothing seems blown. ANy insight on any of these problems?
Thnx for your help as I gotta go out soon and I cant drive it.

The battery is grounded to the bolt hole that the spare tire bolt was screwed into since I took out my spare? bad place?
I grounded the cable that was origainally connected the battery to the fenderwall.

Update:
Bought new battery, EVERYTHING works good. I dont know how the battery died because it wont even hold a charge now. Oh well. new battery works great and car idles awesome.
Battery relocation cost me well lets see:
Cable - free, but normally around 50$?
Negative connector with cable from pep boys $9
+ terminal-$1.99
Polyurethane box-$12.99
New battery(you wont need it unless you f it up like me) $65
Total you should only have to spend around 80-90 for the relocation
