Use fishing line to separate the glue from the emblem, then get some sticker remover and spray it on the glue...Wait a few minutes and wipe off

Yes, I believe if you check out the "Tarmac Black" section in the Evo show & shine forums on the 3rd, 4th, or 5th page there was a guy who painted the front mitsu emblem blue.

Do you have any pics of your red tinted emblem?

The best way to remove a glued-on badge is to use dental floss to "saw" it off. Then a little goof off to clean up the rest of the adhesive and you're all set.

NO GOOF OFF!!!! Just GOO GONE

There is a huge difference between goof off and goo gone. I used goof off for removing all the paint off a model car. Goo gone wouldn't even effect the paint unless you let it sit for a while.

THERE IS A REASON GOO OFF COMES IN A SMALL METAL CONTAINER AND GOO GONE COMES IN A PLASTIC CLEAR CONTAINER!!

Please advise I don't want to see you guys removing the clear coat or even top coat!

Andrew
