Underhood shifter bushings help!!!

k so i was installing some agency power shifter bushings (pic below) and im stuck on getting the darn thing on there! can anyone chime in on their technique on how they managed to get those things on there, I already put grease on both the shifter bushings and the lil cylinder its suppose to connect to brute force isnt enough and im no lil guy so im checking wut other ways ppl found to put these lil devils on there. thnx in advance

Man not sure what your having trouble with I didn't have any issues. Maybe some pics of the problem would help....

so you got it off ok? i had trouble getting mine off, but once they're off, they should fit right on the bushing pin.

I actually just installed these a couple weeks ago and had the same issue! I'm not sure if they made a bad batch or what, but they are a PITA to get on. I would suggest putting WD40 on them and slowly working them on, it takes forever but it works. You could grind off the anodized coating on the inside.

take some light sandpaper to the pin, little by little, and keep trying to get it on. Someone put AMS bushings on mine,and they are seized. When the trans comes out, I'm gonna try to get them off, so I can go to poly ones.

here is a pic of wut im dealing with its just stuck, it wont go into the clip guess ill have to carefully sand it down evenly unless anyone can help

Hey man i just got the same set. I haven't installed them but where the heck do those rubber gromets go. I planed on doing the install this weekend. I also got the shifter from them but it looks nothing like what they advertise. So I'm not sure about doing the SS install.
