clutch help please!!

clutch help please!!

Ok so I have everything apart but can not for the life of me get the throw out bearing to release so the trans will come off!! I dnt know if I'm doing it wrong but I'm prying the tob away from the pressure plate while the clutch fork is all the way twords driver side like the picture says but will not let loose.. any good tips? Thanks to all

the bottom part stays with the pressure plate, top part stays in the fork

if it won't come off you can try to rotate a crankshaft 90 degree at a time and repeat the above mentioned procedure

when you are manipulating the clutch fork make sure you are rotating the screw driver as if you are tightening or loosening a screw. its not a prying motion
