Never seen these before today. You just plug them into your fuse box, and you've got a place to power your gauges from. I've got 3 hooked together in the picture. You can get these at Autozone.

Thats pretty cool...This may sound silly, but is it possible to power an amp and sub with it? or is the amperage too much for the fuse?

You can get them from Autozone. Be sure to get the "mini" add a circuit because the evo and lancer take mini fuses. The ones I showed are not mini. There are some fuse locations where the add a circuit will not fit because of tight surroundings, so make sure it will fit in the socket without interference before you open it. It will fit in the cigarette fuse socket on the evo.

EvolutioNiK07: Na, too small for an amp. The best use for these is hardwiring a radar detector, gauges, or some other small accessory.

I just bought one of those at autozone yesterday and hooked up my light for my boost gauge to it Very easy to use and it worked in slot 2 as long as you have it turned the right way.

this is very interesting. can i use this to power my illumiglo instrument cluster when i get it installed? this sounds much easier than splicing wires... and easier to keep my warranty as intact as possible hehe
